RATES
Rental rates are season dependant. The main rental is the villa and the cottage can be added on to comprise the entire estate and accommodate larger groups. The cottage is NOT available as a stand-alone rental. Therefore, when you are renting the villa, the property will be private and you will not be sharing the property with any other guests. However, the owners may occupy the cottage if we are on island and the cottage is not rented by your party. Renting the entire estate (villa plus cottage) will guarantee complete privacy.

ESTATE

In addition to the above rates, the following fees and taxes will be added:
Cayman Islands Tourism Tax - 13% of nightly rate
Additional guest fee - $25/night per additional villa guest beyond 4 people aged 5 and up. Fee will include use of 3rd Garden bedroom, which otherwise will remain locked off for 4 or fewer guests
Cleaning Fee $200 USD for the villa/$100 USD for the cottage/$300 for the estate
Refundable security deposit - $500 USD for the villa/ $200 USD for the cottage/ $700 for the estate

RENTAL POLICIES
- Minimum age of renter 25 years
- No smoking
- Children welcome
- No pets
- Parties/events allowed with prior permission
- Check in 4:00 PM/ Check out 10:00 AM
- 5 day minimum stay; 7 day minimum during winter and high season
- Travelers who cancel in writing at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel in writing between 45 and 59 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% of the amount paid. Those cancelling bookings less than 45 days before check-in will not be offered a refund.
