"We stayed at Coral Beach Villa for a month. We chose the island because of its snorkeling. This was a working vacation so internet was important. First off, the hosts were amazing, greeting us at the airport since they happened to be in Cayman Brac. Since there was a glitch with our car rental, Gino drove us to go food shopping, while Joy took our luggage to the rental. The next day Joy & Gino drove me around the small island pointing out various snorkeling locations, restaurants, grocery stores. and points of interest. Talk about 5 star concierge service. We were lucky they just happened to be on the island. But it does show what type of hosts they are. The property and house were as described. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything one needs- good cooking implements and equipment. The convenience of a house landline phone made it easy to reach restaurants to make reservations. For snorkelers: we snorkeled 5 locations on the north side of the island - reached by car. They all had easy water access either by a ladder or in 1 case a boat ramp which for us- in our late 70's was important. We saw lots of fish & even a sea turtle. One thing to note: when the winds are high and the waves are 3' or higher, snorkeling is not possible, but there are caves to explore, shore walks on rocky beaches, trails to hike and other activity options. Third Brac Trip *****
"We have just returned from our third trip to the Brac, but our first stay at Coral Beach Villa. This trip included our friends, another couple, who were visiting the island for the first time. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Beach Villa. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The furnishings, including our bed, are among the most comfortable we have ever enjoyed in a rental property. The house is very well-equipped and stocked, both in terms of appliances and cookware/dishware, as well as pantry items. We truly appreciated not having the burden and expense of buying basic kitchen goods, spices, and paper products. As scuba divers, the outside shower, drying area, and rinse tank with hose are wonderful and exceptionally convenient (not to mention the ability to back up our vehicles very near the patio area for ease of loading and unloading). The location of the VIlla is also convenient in terms of access to various shore dive sites, as well as the Brac Scuba Shack where we swap our tanks. Joy is a great communicator; check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. She is very responsive and clearly wants to make sure every visit to her home is completely enjoyable and worry-free. "Everything about this property was exactly as advertised; spacious, clean, beautiful pool & spa, and the property manager and his wife were friendly and extremely helpful! They, and the property owners, know all about customer service. On Good Friday (an important religious holiday for all businesses on the island) the central air went out. The property manager, Orane, was off the island however the property owners, who do not live there, and the manager’s wife jumped into action. Myra had some window units and with Ken’s help, they were installed immediately. By evening a new compressor was obtained from a contractor and installed! Live the Rich Life at Coral Beach Villa *****
"This is the second time that we have vacationed on Cayman Brac. We love the laid back, friendly atmosphere, the incredible natural beauty of the island, the snorkeling (some gear provided), and the great accommodations! We planned to have more family members join us, but when they couldn't come, we decided to live the rich life at Coral Beach Villa ourselves. My husband and I had the main house to ourselves, and my son and daughter-in-law took the guest house. The entire place was equipped to sleep 10 comfortably with all bedrooms spacious with ensuite baths. The kitchen had everything we needed, and washer and dryer in laundry. The dining table was huge, but we preferred to eat most meals on the lovely outdoor table. Lounging by the pool at our completely private resort was our favorite activity, and Mr. Orane, the property manager, regularly came to clean the pool and check to see if we were all well. "Very few places I have ever stayed in live up to the photos, the description of the location, ease of contacting the host, her responsiveness, etc. but Coral Beach Villa far exceeded what we were expecting. Joy was an excellent host and seeing that she wasn't on site, she made sure that someone was always there to make sure that if we needed something, then we would have it pretty quickly. We have been to Cayman Brac before a number of times and I know how hard it is to get anything brought in to such a remote location. But that has not stopped Joy - she has made sure that the house is well equipped with everything that a person could possibly want for a stay. We like to cook as a family, and with my family there for this vacation, we kept thinking that we wouldn't be able to find some much needed kitchen utensils - but sure enough, Joy had the kitchen very well stocked and organized. "The house and grounds are beautiful. House was very clean. We loved all the labels that helped us identify which light switches were for which lights and where things went in the kitchen. Very helpful when you have four different people cooking and washing dishes and putting them away. We always put them where the label said so we knew where to find them next time! We are hikers and bird watchers. The location of the house was perfect. We could walk to Christopher Columbus gardens and see parrots. We also hiked from the house, up the Bight Road trail to the middle of island and came back down the road to the house. Only about 3.4 miles round trip and saw so many parrots! The little trails on the property were great for birdwatching too. We saw different kinds of vireos, different kinds of warblers, smooth billed anis, red legged thrushes, Bananaquits, loggerhead kingbirds, mockingbirds, Caribbean, ladderback woodpeckers, white crowned pigeons, Zenaida doves, and don’t forget the wild chickens - all in the front yard! And while sitting by the pool we saw many magnificent frigate birds, white tailed tropic birds, and least terns flying over the beach and ocean. Definitely a birder’s paradise! "After much research we picked Coral Beach Villa for a short family break in Cayman Brac and so delighted we did. We wish we’d stayed longer! Everything about the property is perfect - the location, secluded from the road by a long driveway and beautiful grounds, the stunning ocean and bluff views, the online pictures just don’t do it justice. We spent plenty of relaxation time around the pool and spa. The house is well appointed, with all the comforts of home and has absolutely everything you could need. "From booking to checkout, Joy and Gino at Coral Beach Villa, were absolutely wonderful to work with. The Villa was a slice of paradise, and we would definitely return! Cannot say enough about the snorkeling on this island, but we found one of the best places was in our own backyard! About 200 yards up the beach to the right, and about 30-50 feet out, was an amazing little coral reef with an incredible array of fish, rays and sharks! We stayed during an incredibly hot week- about 95 and sunny every day with a heat index between 110-115, but the pool and covered porch made it more than bearable! Nothing better than sitting in your own private pool and looking out at the beautiful colors of the Caribbean Sea to make you forget about all your troubles! "Six of us got together to go somewhere. I began searching the island. We also like to dive we like being on waterfront properties if possible. This Vrbo had several things that hit the high marks for us.
1. Each bedroom had a king size bed and own full bathroom.
2. Home sat on the waterfront beautiful sunsets and sunrises
3. Large common area
4. Pool with a sort of pool house partially covered and a large table with six chairs under an open space (buggy in the evening though)
5. Removed from the main road very private and quiet
6. A well equipped kitchen

"My family (5 adults, 2 teens) greatly enjoyed this property! We've stayed at many locations over the years and this was easily one of the best homes we've stayed in. Both the main home and the cottage were very well maintained, clean and extremely well stocked. The instructions regarding the home were amazing! It's clear the owners spent a lot of time preparing the home for their guests. The location was very private and quiet. We spend hours on the pool deck and on the beach, enjoying the beauty of Cayman Brac. The accessibility of the home was so helpful! From entering the home to navigating around to using the bedrooms/bathrooms via a wheelchair was effortless! The host was incredibly helpful and responsive before, during and after our visit. We were met at the airport by a local guide who brought us to the home and walked through everything and made sure everything was in working order. The island is incredibly quiet and remote (which we LOVE!) so don't expect a lot of busy touristy experiences. There are a lot of wonderful nature walks, the cliffs on the East End, great snorkeling/diving (Brac Scuba Shack is awesome!) and many great restaurants (Barracuda, Star Island, etc.). If you're looking for a beautiful and modern home to rest and relax, this is the place! This will be our first choice when we come back! The host has set the bar for our future rental experiences. "Coral Beach Villa is an outstanding place! The seclusion and privacy was everything we had anticipated. The Villa was immaculate. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Quality appliances and everything one would ever need and more in the way of dishware, cookware, flatware, utensils and small appliances. Perfectly organized with labeled shelves and labels throughout the Villa for fans, lighting, etc. The laundry room was perfect with very nice washer and dryer. Granite kitchen and bathroom countertops and roomy walk in showers. And chair height toilets.
The pool and area surrounding it was beautiful! And we used the spa every evening. The lounge chairs were wonderful! No expense was spared with the quality of everything at the Villa, inside and out.
Our dining options of choice are Captains Table, Brac Reef Resort and Barracudas, but we did cook dinner in quite often and the outdoor grill was perfect. Well maintained and clean. The landscaping throughout the entire property is very well maintained as well.
Joy and her team are top notch and immediately responded to any questions we may have had throughout our stay. We have already reserved the villa for next year! It was truly the very best trip we have had to the Brac in the 10 years we have been visiting the island. We can’t stop talking about the experience and can’t wait until next year!" "This is our second time staying at the Coral Beach Villa. We liked it so much we couldn't wait for the Caymans to reopen to tourists.
This place will do anything to make the stay amazing. We arrived on a Sunday so all the grocery stores were going to be closed. I sent Joy a list a few days before and the property manager was able to stock us up to make it through until Monday. Chris also met us at the airport to help get luggage and people to the house. We got a flat tire on the rental car on the way there and Chris jumped into action swapping it out.
The house is perfect for a large group. Three bedrooms in the main house, and another bedroom and pullout bed in the guest cottage.
The pool and spa were perfect to relax in. There is some good snorkeling right off the back patio, but bring some water shoes, its a bit of a sharp walk out. The kitchen has everything you need. Of the 7 days there we only ate out twice since it was easy to cook.
Half our group relaxed, and half adventured for the week. Fishing, scuba, rock climbing. Choose your own adventure. There is something for everybody. "My wife and I just returned from 7 fantastic days of relaxing, unwinding, chilling out, diving and exploring on Cayman Brac. This is our third visit to the island in the past 7 years (and will not be our last since we really love the laid back atmosphere and excellent diving) but it is the first time we've rented Coral Beach Villa. We have rated Coral Beach with 5 stars and would have given more if possible. Every single aspect of our experience from initial inquiry to final check and everything in between was smooth, trouble free and pleasure. Joy was a true joy to deal with and made sure that we were well informed about the property and island before our arrival. Jeffery met us at the airport, lead us to the house and gave us a very detailed overview of the house and unlike some property managers (who just want to be done) was friendly, helpful and more than willing to answer all our questions before leaving the house to us. I'm pleased to say that we found the house to be even better than advertised. The home, pool and patio area and grounds were immaculately clean and very well maintained. Beyond that, Coral Beach was comfortably furnished and well equipped in every regard. Even the one issue we had during our stay spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the owners and property manager when one morning we awoke to no water pressure. Although it need to be fixed, we didn't consider urgent since we were headed out for morning diving. I placed a call to Jeffery and expected it to be taken care of by the time we got back from our morning dives. I was surprised to see one of Jeffery's employees there in less that 30 minutes to take care of the problem in short order and even before we left the house. While he was there he took care of the pool and hot tub even though it wasn't the regular day for such service. We travel fairly extensively in the Caribbean and tend to revisit places we enjoy. We now consider Coral Beach Villa is now our "Go To" place to stay on Cayman Brac. "Coral Beach villa is a wonderful place to stay. We arrived and were welcomed by Jeffrey and his team who showed us all that we needed to know about the villa. We are frequent visitors to the Brac and by far this is the nicest place we have stayed (and not only on Brac). The villa is extremely well thought out and there is everything you could possibly need to make your stay feel like home. It’s is furnished and maintained to a very high standard, and has plenty of space to offer. The outside space is perfect. It has a great eating area, with a lovely area around the pool to relax after a day out and about. The situation of the villa means there is always a bit of shade available to be able to escape the sunshine. In addition to the stunning uninterrupted views of the ocean there are amazing sunsets to enjoy. The hot tub is also a nice little bonus, a great place to relax and unwind further. The Villa is situated practically at the bottom of Ashton Reid Dr. which bisects the Brac from North to South. Whether you are caving, hiking, dining or gathering groceries, nothing is far away. Of course, it is a small island, but there is immense satisfaction gained from leaving your driveway and zipping to the other shore. The privacy is unparalleled. The drive from the main road winds through lush tropical foliage and opens to reveal your villa. Cannot see/hear neighbors...whom are far away. The entire house is tastefully appointed. The living room is open to the dining. Lots of seating in both areas. You have direct view of the sea from the living, two bedrooms, the dining and kitchen. It literally draws you to the outdoor living areas like a siren's song. Wonderful outdoor dining area with comfortable seating. The pool and hot tub are just as pictured. Top tier lounge chairs around the pool. Awaking to that view is a spectacular way to start the day. I had coffee outside every morning and I think that's what I miss most. Back to the house, there are three master suites. All of the beds were very comfortable, linens were high quality as were the pillows. The bedrooms had blackout lined blinds. It was like sleeping in a cave. A serene beachfront hideaway cave. Baths were modern as were all of the appliances. The kitchen has all, and I mean all, one could need. French press to rice cooker. Washer and drier are located in a large laundry room off of the kitchen. We spent most of our time inland this visit. Had we desired to participate in water activities, we were set. The home had life jackets, fins, masks, floats...you name it. I highly recommend referencing one of the books on the shelf by the kitchen, "Adventuring in Cayman Brac". It is available used on Amazon, as well. Great source of information. There is a three-ring binder that is located on the desk in the villa that explains everything on island and in the Villa. We've rented many VRBO homes and this is the most comprehensive manual I've seen. Internet was fast and reliable. It is obvious a lot of hard work and presence of forethought went into this vacation home. Job well done. We left feeling like it belonged to us and can't wait to return. "The Coral Beach Villa is an exceptional property. My wife and I enjoyed the property for a week in February (2018.)
My wife and I have been staying in villas and homes all over the Caribbean for the last 30 years. We have never stayed in a property as well equipped, modern and well-maintained as the Coral Beach Villa. The property was apparently completed in the summer of 2017, and it certainly shows. The kitchen has everything any cook could need or want. The wi-fi and electronics (plasma screens in each bedroom and living room) are excellent. The villa is as comfortable and modern as most homes in Europe or North America.
We enjoyed the sights and opportunities in Cayman Brac (especially snorkeling/diving,) but our primary activity was - nothing. We enjoyed watching the waves from the deck. The beautiful pool was refreshing and the hot tub under the stars in the evening was a special delight.
The owners are incredibly well-organized , cordial and professional. The information provided in the description , on reservation and at the villa is thorough and accurate. I was a pleasure to deal with Joy and Gino.

"We stayed at Coral Beach Villa for a month. We chose the island because of its snorkeling. This was a working vacation so internet was important. First off, the hosts were amazing, greeting us at the airport since they happened to be in Cayman Brac. Since there was a glitch with our car rental, Gino drove us to go food shopping, while Joy took our luggage to the rental. The next day Joy & Gino drove me around the small island pointing out various snorkeling locations, restaurants, grocery stores. and points of interest. Talk about 5 star concierge service. We were lucky they just happened to be on the island. But it does show what type of hosts they are. The property and house were as described. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything one needs- good cooking implements and equipment. The convenience of a house landline phone made it easy to reach restaurants to make reservations. For snorkelers: we snorkeled 5 locations on the north side of the island - reached by car. They all had easy water access either by a ladder or in 1 case a boat ramp which for us- in our late 70's was important. We saw lots of fish & even a sea turtle. One thing to note: when the winds are high and the waves are 3' or higher, snorkeling is not possible, but there are caves to explore, shore walks on rocky beaches, trails to hike and other activity options. "We have just returned from our third trip to the Brac, but our first stay at Coral Beach Villa. This trip included our friends, another couple, who were visiting the island for the first time. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coral Beach Villa. It is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location. The furnishings, including our bed, are among the most comfortable we have ever enjoyed in a rental property. The house is very well-equipped and stocked, both in terms of appliances and cookware/dishware, as well as pantry items. We truly appreciated not having the burden and expense of buying basic kitchen goods, spices, and paper products. As scuba divers, the outside shower, drying area, and rinse tank with hose are wonderful and exceptionally convenient (not to mention the ability to back up our vehicles very near the patio area for ease of loading and unloading). The location of the VIlla is also convenient in terms of access to various shore dive sites, as well as the Brac Scuba Shack where we swap our tanks. Joy is a great communicator; check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. She is very responsive and clearly wants to make sure every visit to her home is completely enjoyable and worry-free. "The house and grounds are beautiful. House was very clean. We loved all the labels that helped us identify which light switches were for which lights and where things went in the kitchen. Very helpful when you have four different people cooking and washing dishes and putting them away. We always put them where the label said so we knew where to find them next time! We are hikers and bird watchers. The location of the house was perfect. We could walk to Christopher Columbus gardens and see parrots. We also hiked from the house, up the Bight Road trail to the middle of island and came back down the road to the house. Only about 3.4 miles round trip and saw so many parrots! The little trails on the property were great for birdwatching too. We saw different kinds of vireos, different kinds of warblers, smooth billed anis, red legged thrushes, Bananaquits, loggerhead kingbirds, mockingbirds, Caribbean, ladderback woodpeckers, white crowned pigeons, Zenaida doves, and don’t forget the wild chickens - all in the front yard! And while sitting by the pool we saw many magnificent frigate birds, white tailed tropic birds, and least terns flying over the beach and ocean. Definitely a birder’s paradise! We spend hours on the pool deck and on the beach, enjoying the beauty of Cayman Brac. The accessibility of the home was so helpful! "Coral Beach Villa is an outstanding place! The seclusion and privacy was everything we had anticipated. The Villa was immaculate. Beautiful furnishings and decor. "This is our second time staying at the Coral Beach Villa. We liked it so much we couldn't wait for the Caymans to reopen to tourists.
This place will do anything to make the stay amazing. We arrived on a Sunday so all the grocery stores were going to be closed. I sent Joy a list a few days before and the property manager was able to stock us up to make it through until Monday. Chris also met us at the airport to help get luggage and people to the house. We got a flat tire on the rental car on the way there and Chris jumped into action swapping it out.
The house is perfect for a large group. Three bedrooms in the main house, and another bedroom and pullout bed in the guest cottage.
The pool and spa were perfect to relax in. There is some good snorkeling right off the back patio, but bring some water shoes, its a bit of a sharp walk out. The kitchen has everything you need. Of the 7 days there we only ate out twice since it was easy to cook.

"My wife and I just returned from 7 fantastic days of relaxing, unwinding, chilling out, diving and exploring on Cayman Brac. This is our third visit to the island in the past 7 years (and will not be our last since we really love the laid back atmosphere and excellent diving) but it is the first time we've rented Coral Beach Villa. We have rated Coral Beach with 5 stars and would have given more if possible. Every single aspect of our experience from initial inquiry to final check and everything in between was smooth, trouble free and pleasure. Joy was a true joy to deal with and made sure that we were well informed about the property and island before our arrival. Jeffery met us at the airport, lead us to the house and gave us a very detailed overview of the house and unlike some property managers (who just want to be done) was friendly, helpful and more than willing to answer all our questions before leaving the house to us. I'm pleased to say that we found the house to be even better than advertised. The home, pool and patio area and grounds were immaculately clean and very well maintained. Beyond that, Coral Beach was comfortably furnished and well equipped in every regard. Even the one issue we had during our stay spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the owners and property manager when one morning we awoke to no water pressure. Although it need to be fixed, we didn't consider urgent since we were headed out for morning diving. I placed a call to Jeffery and expected it to be taken care of by the time we got back from our morning dives. I was surprised to see one of Jeffery's employees there in less that 30 minutes to take care of the problem in short order and even before we left the house. While he was there he took care of the pool and hot tub even though it wasn't the regular day for such service. We travel fairly extensively in the Caribbean and tend to revisit places we enjoy. We now consider Coral Beach Villa is now our "Go To" place to stay on Cayman Brac. "Joy was a pleasure to communicate with and anticipated our every need from the time the reservation was made. You can't beat the location. The Villa is situated practically at the bottom of Ashton Reid Dr. which bisects the Brac from North to South. Whether you are caving, hiking, dining or gathering groceries, nothing is far away. Of course, it is a small island, but there is immense satisfaction gained from leaving your driveway and zipping to the other shore. The privacy is unparalleled. The drive from the main road winds through lush tropical foliage and opens to reveal your villa. Cannot see/hear neighbors...whom are far away. The entire house is tastefully appointed. The living room is open to the dining. Lots of seating in both areas. You have direct view of the sea from the living, two bedrooms, the dining and kitchen. It literally draws you to the outdoor living areas like a siren's song. Wonderful outdoor dining area with comfortable seating. The pool and hot tub are just as pictured. Top tier lounge chairs around the pool. Awaking to that view is a spectacular way to start the day. I had coffee outside every morning and I think that's what I miss most. Back to the house, there are three master suites. All of the beds were very comfortable, linens were high quality as were the pillows. The bedrooms had blackout lined blinds. It was like sleeping in a cave. A serene beachfront hideaway cave. Baths were modern as were all of the appliances. The kitchen has all, and I mean all, one could need. French press to rice cooker. Washer and drier are located in a large laundry room off of the kitchen. We spent most of our time inland this visit. Had we desired to participate in water activities, we were set. The home had life jackets, fins, masks, floats...you name it. I highly recommend referencing one of the books on the shelf by the kitchen, "Adventuring in Cayman Brac". It is available used on Amazon, as well. Great source of information. There is a three-ring binder that is located on the desk in the villa that explains everything on island and in the Villa. We've rented many VRBO homes and this is the most comprehensive manual I've seen. Internet was fast and reliable. It is obvious a lot of hard work and presence of forethought went into this vacation home. Job well done. We left feeling like it belonged to us and can't wait to return. "Upon walking in to this villa, it was everything the pictures showed and more. All the finishes are high quality - in fact, we are looking at a few of the appliances to add to our home! Every time we turned to fix something to eat, whatever we needed was there - from outdoor plates to grilling accessories, a game cabinet and books on the area. The communication with Joy and Jeffrey was second to none. Anytime we had a question, we asked and had answered before the day was out. We had a bit of a struggle getting to the island because of weather in our hometown, and Joy and Jeffrey worked with us to make it happen.
The beds were super comfortable, the linens luxurious and the home comfortable. We would have liked the hot tub to be warmer - and the pool was very cool, but other than that, it was perfect.

"The Coral Beach Villa is an exceptional property. My wife and I enjoyed the property for a week in February (2018.)
My wife and I have been staying in villas and homes all over the Caribbean for the last 30 years. We have never stayed in a property as well equipped, modern and well-maintained as the Coral Beach Villa. The property was apparently completed in the summer of 2017, and it certainly shows. The kitchen has everything any cook could need or want. The wi-fi and electronics (plasma screens in each bedroom and living room) are excellent. The villa is as comfortable and modern as most homes in Europe or North America.
We enjoyed the sights and opportunities in Cayman Brac (especially snorkeling/diving,) but our primary activity was - nothing. We enjoyed watching the waves from the deck. The beautiful pool was refreshing and the hot tub under the stars in the evening was a special delight.
The owners are incredibly well-organized , cordial and professional. The information provided in the description , on reservation and at the villa is thorough and accurate. I was a pleasure to deal with Joy and Gino.

"My wife and I were looking for a remote/private location to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. After locating this house on VRBO, I reached out to the property owner. She turned out to be an absolute dream to work with and provided many helpful tips for both the property and the island as this was our first time to Brac. Once on the island we were in the hands of the property manager who was extremely responsive and helpful.
The property and location is just stunning. Newly constructed in 2017 this property still has that "new car" smell. Everything about the property is well maintained and exquisite.
